DVNV Systems

Business processes, automation & AI

Marketing and sales working hard, with little to show for it?

DVNV Systems looks at how leads, customer data and reporting move between your people and your systems, finds where they break, and fixes the process — then automates what repeats, with a dashboard leadership can act on.

Book an audit call

20 minutes on Google Meet with Ruslan. Pick a time that suits you.

When the next action is hard to explain

A lead comes in and nobody follows up. Two people call the same prospect. A report shows a number the sales team does not believe. An email goes to a customer who already bought.

The audit checks the agreed lead-to-cash process, its systems and its rules. It separates confirmed faults from valid differences and missing evidence.

Services

One entry point, three lines of work, one way to keep it running.

01 · Audit

Revenue Process Audit

One lead-to-cash process traced across every system: where leads are lost, duplicated or unmeasured. You receive a process and source map, documented findings, a prioritized plan and a baseline of current numbers.

How the audit works →

02 · Process

Process optimization

Redesign of the audited process: rules, ownership, hand-offs and documentation. Fewer steps, clearer responsibility, less manual work.

03 · Automation

Automation and integration

Implementation of the plan: CRM, email, data pipelines, dashboards and the integrations between them. Built with the tools you already pay for where they are sufficient.

04 · AI

AI implementation

AI agents and models for a defined task, on a process that already works. Before deploying AI, we test its performance against agreed criteria for quality, cost, and reliability — and say so when a simpler change does the job.

Analysis first. Then the right tool.

We improve marketing and sales processes through analysis, automation, and AI. We start with your business goal, examine the process and its data, and compare ways to improve it. Before deploying AI, we test its performance against agreed criteria for quality, cost, and reliability.

  1. 01Goal

    Agree the outcome

A measurable result: shorter lead response time, fewer errors, fewer hours spent preparing a report. The goal decides what counts as an improvement.

  2. 02Evidence

Examine the process and its data

Where the delay occurs, who is responsible for the action, which information is missing. Every finding names its source and what it cannot establish.

  3. 03Options

    Compare ways to improve it

A change in working rules, standard automation, AI, or a combination — weighed on cost, quality and upkeep. Often an existing setting is enough.

  4. 04Decision

    Verify the effect

For AI, we agree test criteria and the human oversight required before deployment. After it, we compare the result with the baseline.

The documented decision is the proof of the approach: what we found, which options we considered, why we chose one, and how we will check the result.

Questions we are asked

What access is needed?

Authorized read access to the relevant billing, CRM, email and product-event data. Suitable exports may work. Missing sources can require a narrower scope.

Will the audit fix the systems?

It delivers findings and a correction plan. Implementation is scoped separately.

What if the evidence is incomplete?

The report states what can and cannot be concluded. If the central question cannot be answered, the scope must change before proceeding.

Does every project need AI?

No. A process change or an existing software setting may be enough. AI needs a defined task and a testable benefit.
